My computer came with Symatec Norton Antivirus. I want to install another brand, but first I must remove the Norton. If I try to remove I get a message that keeps running me in circles. The message is: Symantec user session has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the Inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you are workin on might be lost. Please tell microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidential and annonymous. To see what data this error report contains, click here. (three choices) DEBUG SEND ERROR REPORT DON'T SEND (It makes no difference which you click because it seems to do nothing, and if you attempt another remove of Norton you get the same message over and over again. Please, does someone have a solution.
