i want to know what is the best antivirus that money cant get right now. i heard about bitdefender, Kaspersky, and avist that might be good choices. keep in mind i want something that is rated the BEST. I want something that can clean up everything and that is quick and doesnt slow the computer.

Sorry dude, but you if you want that kind of protection you are going to have to sacrifice some of your computer ram whenever you have it run routine scans and the like.
Kaspersky, BitDefender, NOD32.
Apart from having detection rates over 99% (yes, there's no AV with 100% detection rate, otherwise the tests are biased), all of the free have nice interface.
