Is SpySweeper and Trend micro antivirus compatible with spybot search and destroy?

I have Spy Sweeper and Trend micro antivirus 2007 already working together on my computer which has windows vista. Could I add spybot search and destroy to the mix also? Or will Spyboy conflict with the two programs I already have established on my computer?

Will it find things on my computer that the other two don't already?

.

I keep getting redirected to google saying "Sorry, we couldn't find http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/N2790.Traf... I had already found and clicked on what I was looking for. It has done this to me before but I thought I had it fixed. I researched a little and found someone with a simuliar question and the response was to get Spybot because it was possible that they had been highjacked. Is that your opinion also? Please help. Thanks

The builder of Spybot Search and Destroy is a personal friend. Professor of computer engineering out of Germany. He and his students built the software. Myself I think it is no good, because of the "immunization", installed. Causes all other antispyware to conflict with false positives.

Recommend that you download Superantispyware. I use and is well knonw to find what all other miss or unable to find. and delete. (I also use Trend Micro antispyware 2007). Plus a few other antispyware programs.
