Do I need a antivirus,registrycleaner and spyware on my pc and if i do ,which ones?

My pc runs slow sometimes and it is less than 6mos old,I have a antivirus and registry cleaner,I new at this and I don't want to overload my pc! Thanks

I use Avira Anti-Vir, Ad-Aware, Spybot S%26D, RegSupreme and Diskeeper Pro. The first three are free and can be found by Googling their names. The others are paid programs, but I think they're worth the cash.
