Problem in unstalling two antivirus?

i have unstall the f secure anti vrus but why is it that it can.t be removed from the start menu and i keep on uninstalling the other antivirus which is the kaspersky but everytime i restart the computer it is still not removed....

Did you uninstall the AV with it's OWN uninstaller or through the control panel ? Or did you dimply delete the shortcut from the start menu

Many antivirus type programs need to be STOPPED before you can uninstall them, if it's running go into it and tell it to shutdown, the go to control panel / add remove programs and uninstall from there.
did you go to control panel and to remove programs?

if you did that, you have to remove the remains from the registry
