When i try clicking "Scan now" or "Edit settings" nothing happens at all. I have tried installing several times, and when uninstalling i have followed all the steps, uncluding the norton removal tool. But still nothing happens with the antivirus or personal firewall.
I keep installing the norton antivirus from the yahoo protection center, but it doesnt work. Can anyone help?virus protection software
just try completely removing norton, apparently there is a tool, but make sure it is removed , and not just off your desktop icon. It is a pain in the ***, i have it and am still trying to get shot of it. Let me know if you manage to remove it, as i need to do this as well. Good Luck

your norton virus scan may need updating but i would remove it and install avg its a free download and install updates as they come along
To install properly you need
a minimum of 256 mb of ram
i had the same problem and yahoo help-desk linked into my computer and they couldn't fix it either i had to eventually take my PC to PC repair shop and get it refreshed back to factory settings i lost all of my files and put me 拢40 quid out of pocket
