I'll tell you more than one solution:

- First, try to copy the contents of your word document and make a new document to paste it on.

- If you couldn't do that, try to change your antivirus to a better one. Try to install AVG AntiVirus from the link below:

Get rid of it %26 start again, whatever is on that file is not worth the virus.
Open the infected file, copy the contents (on the menu, Edit %26gt;Select All %26gt;Copy), Open a new blank Word document, and paste the contents in there. Close the infected file, and save the new file under a new name. Manually delete the infected file.

Run the antivirus program again to see what else is infected and do the same steps if there are other word docs still infected.

Close, exit or disable your antivirus if you cant open your infected file in the first step.
I would advise you to take these steps, because it is likely that your virus scanner cannot repair the Word document since it has no idea about the Word document format.
