other thing is i inistalled ca antivirus first but then i inistalled norton but i couldn't delete ca untivirus and also my cd driver doeasn't work in windows but it works for booting or some thing like this also i have windows vista cd now what do you suggest?

Try booting to your safe mode and remove all the antivirus programs u installed
Best antivirus is ClamAV Antivirus you can download from w32.clamav.net for windows
to get into your safe mode follow these procedures
When boot menu appears select the item you want to boot and press F8 and choose "Safe Mode" and press Enter

You can't run more than ONE Anti-virus on your PC, they will conflict with each other.
Delete Norton if you can't figure out how to delete CA.
