I have avg as an antivirus but i can't uninstall it from my pc?

if add remove software doesn't work, try running in safe mode and uninstalling again using add/remove software from control panel.

go to add/remove programs from your control panel and remove it. if it doesn't work, try to uninstall by its own unistall wizard. go to start%26gt;%26gt;all programs%26gt;%26gt;avg%26gt;%26gt;uninstall. now if it really doesn't work, go to my computer%26gt;%26gt;local disk(c)%26gt;%26gt;program files, find avg folder and delete all contents, restart your computer and try to install your new avg

Do you get any errors when u try to unistall it?

if you get an error like "INSTALL.LOG not found" then wat u should do is install AVG again over itself.

Also why are you unistaling it? (i use it and thinks its fine...)

and what are u replacing it with?

Try reinstalling AVG...and then uninstall again. Also, make sure that when you uninstall, you are doing it from the Add/Remove Programs area of the Control Panel.
you have to uninstall it from the "add remove" in the contoll pannel, then use a reg cleaner to remove the relivent keys....its a ball ach i know
all you can do you have to go to start,control panel,add or remove programs,choose avg and select it and after this choose remove,and after it finish removing restart your PC.
