in the middle of a new int.net security insallation i get a message that i need to uninstall all other related programs and it gives me ZoneAlarm antivirus spyware software.......wll ive looked high and low for this to uninstall but cant seem to find it please help!!!!! i feel so dumb

Do you not see it in the add or remove programs? Start%26gt;Control Panel%26gt; Add or remove programs, it should be there..If not, try checking the site for a removal program, but I removed mine with ease. Try sorting it alphabetically so you can find it easier, it should be near the bottom of the list at "Z"
Go to the start menu at the bottom left- hand side and click on it. You should see an icon that says search with an arrow pointing to the right of your screen, click on it. You will then get a list of icons, you want to click on the "files and folders" icon. You will then see a window that has a section for you to search for what you want. Type in the program that you want to find and it should pop up. If you want the program as an icon on your desktops main screen, just click the results and drag it over.
