How can I get rid of the Outerinfo Trojan when no spyware or antivirus scans will install (please re

I have the outerinfo trojan and have downloaded multiple spyware and antivirus programs (norton 2007 trial, superantispyware, avg, adaware), but whenever I click on the downloaded installation program I'll get an error message saying something like "Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory was requested%26lt;' or some other random ones that won't let me install them. I've used the OiUninstaller several times and restarted each time. I've removed any programs win the "oin" in them, or "outerinfo," I've gone into safemode to try the scanners, but no luck.

I tried to restore my system, but the only date listed is yesterday, and this has been going on since Saturday. I also got a Hijack This listing, but I don't know where I can and can't post it, and it seems very complicated, plus the message boards I've gone to seem very uninviting about it.

The FIRST thing to do is DISABLE System Restore.

If enabled, this allows malware to hide in the computer and re-install itself. To disable it, RIGHT-click on "My Computer." Select "Properties" then under the 'System Restore' tab, check 'Turn off system restore' IF not already checked.
