I downloaded the AOL Antivirus shield about a year ago and now I can't get it off my computer. I've tryed to remove the program but I get a pop up that denies me!!!! Anyone have any other suggestions?

Do you have another anti virus besides AOL? If so, then you have to disable the others one before AOL will uninstall.
