What are the best antivirus & antispyware thats for free.?

The geek squad put EWIDO antispyware on my system. Is that a good one? Now i need an antivirus. Can you give me some suggestions?

Yes Ewido is very good; you can back it up with a number of free antispyware tools including Spybot Search %26 Destroy and Spywareblaster

They will not conflict with Ewido and will provide a second line of defence

As for antivirus try any of the following

AVG is wonderful. Have had it for 4 years and it is free. Think it is grissoft.com.
AVG is very good, free and consumes little memory
I use Avast. Log on to avast.com to get info.
I have no experience with EWIDO antispy, but I have been using several free antispy and antivirus programs and have no complaints.
