I have installed Norton Antivirus 2005 one year back, it was expired. so i have uninstalled it and r

i have installed Norton Antivirus 2005 one year back, it was expired. so i have uninstalled it and reinstalled. but it is showing the same expiry date, how it is possible. may be the data would have stored in registry. how can i remove that? please help me,

I have done the same thing...no problem...I got it extended for one more year from the date of reinstallation! You have to uninstall it completely. After uninstalling, search for Norton, if you still find some, right click and delete them. Empty your recycle bin also before reinstalling.

Nonsense. Without knowing exactly where the key is stored in the registry, or on your computer it's impossible to get rid of everything.
