if you anti virus has detected a virus and can't delete it you need to start in safe mode and run the anti virus scan
to start you computer in safe mode reboot and from the first screen keep pressing the F8 key (about once a second) until you enter the boot menu then use the cursor keys to highlight safe mode and press enter when you're in safe mode run the scan when done and you've deleted the virus reboot it'll then start in normal mode

If you are sure you have a virus,get rid of all your restore points,then run your antivirus program,if the virus is gone mark that point as a restore point so next time you'll know it's a safe restore point
Any anti virus company is only as good as the people using it. If they don't report a infection then the anti-virus company does not know to patch it. Anyway, so none of them are perfect. I would try using another online virus scanner to see if it picks it up and can remove it. It may be a very new virus you have and they have not fixed it yet.
